April’s successful companies to achieve Engineering Apprenticeships: Employer Accreditation announced

The cohort of companies that have successfully achieved the Next Gen Makers Engineering Apprenticeships: Employer Accreditation (backed by national manufacturing body Make UK) in April 2025, has been announced.

Teledyne e2v, Collins Aerospace – Marston Green, Neutronic Technologies, Sertec Group Ltd, TGW UK, West Midlands Trains, Nifco UK Limited, LBBC Technologies, Pall Corporation and Veolia Water Technologies UK are the latest companies in 2025 to achieve the Engineering Apprenticeships: Employer Accreditation through the Next Gen Makers Engineering Apprenticeships: Best Practice Programme.

These companies represent the best employers in the UK for engineering apprenticeships – validated by the feedback of their existing apprentices and a commitment to benchmark their scheme against and maintain best in class methods.

Essentially, they work hard to create a great apprentice experience.

The cohort is comprised of some company’s achieving the Accreditation for the first time, and others such as Veolia, LBBC, Neutronic Technologies, Sertec Group, Teledyne e2v, West Midlands Trains and Collins Aerospace – Marston Green who have successfully retained the Accreditation.

They join a wide range of engineering and manufacturing from across England including, but not limited to: R&B Switchgear, Sheffield Forgemasters, Paralloy, TGW, Cummins, Hadley Group, Festo, The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust, aDi Group, Powell Industries, Sertec, Kirkstall Precision Engineering, LISI Aerospace, SMC, Thomas Dudley Ltd, West Midlands Trains, Whale Tankers, KUKA, Renishaw, Alucast Ltd, Brown McFarlane Ltd and many more in holding the prestigious employer Accreditation..

Many more companies committed to future proofing skills via apprenticeships are set to achieve the Accreditation in 2025 and are on programme to learn how to increase success rates by adopting best practice methodologies within their schemes, leverage insight and work towards getting recognised as excellent employers via Accreditation.

This ensures those that manage the apprenticeship schemes at these companies teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to best attract and retain talent to future proof their businesses.
