How Strong is Your Apprenticeship Scheme?
Policy documents and good intentions are not measures of quality. Apprentice experience is.
We encourage engineering and manufacturing employers to reflect on whether their apprenticeship provision meets recognised best practice standards, including:
• Support and wellbeing
• Meaningful skills development
• Recognition and inclusion
• Confidence to learn and grow
The self-assessment takes less than five minutes to complete, and your result will indicate whether your scheme may be eligible for Employer Accreditation or whether a structured Best Practice development pathway would strengthen it further.
Our current members are already well on their way to achieving Gold Standard, or there already – are you?
